When you send a request through the booking form we collect the data you enter: pickup and destination, date and time, number of passengers and, if you provide them, name, phone and any notes. We also collect the technical browsing data needed for the site to work.

We use this data solely to handle and fulfil your ride or quote request and to get back to you. We do not use it for marketing purposes without your consent.

How the data is processed

The data entered in the form is stored in the site’s management system so we can get back to you. If you choose the «Send on WhatsApp» option, the message with your request details is sent via WhatsApp and also processed according to the WhatsApp/Meta privacy policy.

Processing is based on pre-contractual measures you request and on your consent. We keep the data for as long as necessary to handle the request and to comply with legal obligations.
